Primary Responsibilities

• Problem solve challenging installations and varying field conditions 
• Conduct positive interactions with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Meet established guidelines for quality, efficiency and effectiveness 
• Use tools proficiently 
• Ensure daily installations to improve location attainment 
• Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of the installation process 
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with all stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• 1+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling and/or gutter installation 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to juggle multiple work activities and shift attention to meet the demands of stakeholders 
• Self-driven, responsible and self accountable 
• Empathetic and communicative 
• Travel locally, regionally and nationally as needed to complete installations at customer locations (more than 50% domestic travel required) 
• Follow all training processes, OSHA guidelines, PPE policies, job site and safety rules & company safety policies and procedures 
• Comfortable ascending, descending and working on ladders of varying heights to perform jobs 
• Maintain company-provided equipment 
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, climates and terrains 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment with a strong work ethic and a winning mentality
• May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends depending on business need
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1B status)

Prior experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair or inspection is a plus but not required.
